Financial and Payment Information
If you have any insurance of financial questions, please feel free to speak with our office managers. They will be happy to give you an estimate on any work you plan to have done. Through the Care Credit Program you can choose from several payment options. There is an affordable option for every budget. Our primary concern is to restore and to maintain your mouth in a healthy state. By doing so, we hope to prevent future problems from occurring which might be more complicated and costly to treat.
Payments
For your convenience, we accept payments made with VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Novus/Discover cards. For those patients wishing to make monthly payments, our Care Credit Program allows you to make affordable monthly payments interest free for up to eighteen months. Ask our office managers about cash and senior discounts as well.
Dental Insurance Claims
For patients with dental insurance, we will gladly submit claims on your behalf. All three dentists are preferred providers for the following insurance plans:
Washington Dental Service (Premier and PPO)
Regence Blue Shield
Premera Blue Cross
Aetna
Metlife
Guardian
If your plan is not on this list it is very likely that we will still be able to see you. We accept most plans. If you have any questions, our office managers are well versed in these matters and will be glad to assist you.
