Jeanie is Dr. Kashiwa’s office manager and has been working at the practice since it opened in 1985. You can always count on her to be cheerful and helpful. She is the “go to” person when it comes to questions regarding your account. Jeanie is a stickler for detail and works very hard to make sure your accounts are accurate and up to date. Jeanie is also an ardent dog lover and especially has a soft spot for rescue dogs.
Lori is Dr. Chinn’s office manager and also works with Jeanie for Dr. Kashiwa. We have been fortunate to have her working with us since 1994. Lori is very knowledgeable about insurance matters and also knows a lot about the various dental procedures since she was at one time a dental assistant and graduate of Lake Washington Technical College Assisting Program (1994). Lori has a very fun loving and caring manner that will immediately put you at ease. She is also an enthusiastic Seahawks fan as you will discover.
Hailee is Dr. Chinn’s front and back office assistant. She is the newest member of our team but I am sure you will find that she is very courteous and helpful in helping make sure your appointment is on time and goes smoothly.
