Jeanie is Dr. Kashiwa and Dr. Emerson's office manager and has been working at the practice since it opened in 1985. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable concerning insurance and billing questions. She gives everyone her undivided attention and when she speaks, everyone is certain to listen! Her generosity knows no bounds. Jeanie is an ardent dog lover and is a terrific resource of information!
Lori is Dr. Chinn's office manager and also works with Jeanie for Dr. Kashiwa and Dr. Emerson. We've been fortunate to have her working with us since 1994. Like Jeanie, Lori is very knowledgeable about insurance matters and also knows a great deal about dental procedures as she originally started out as a dental assistant. While multitasking is her middle name, Lori is a very kind, enthusiastic, and supportive person. She often keeps us in stitches with her wit.
Nastassia is our front office assistant for both doctors and she supports both the front and back office staff as well. She is friendly and helpful no matter the task; answering the phone, scheduling appointments or attending to back office duties. Nastassia loves spending time with her friends and family. She also has an artistic eye and has designed our newsletters and holiday cards. Nastassia is presently enrolled in the Lake Washington College Hygiene program. She will be completing her program in the summer of 2011!
